Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with John Mowbray Executive Travel for airport transfers, private tours, golf travel, whisky tours, wedding transport and related services throughout Scotland.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by John Mowbray Executive Travel.

2. Prices

Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking and include the agreed itinerary unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required in advance.

4. Cancellations by the Customer

More than 14 days: full refund.
7–14 days: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days: no refund.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

John Mowbray Executive Travel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic incidents, ferry disruptions, strikes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Airport Transfers

Flight arrival times will be monitored where flight details have been provided. Reasonable waiting time is included for delayed flights.

7. Tours

Tour itineraries may be amended due to weather, road conditions, attraction closures, or customer requests.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner. Service may be terminated if behaviour places the driver or other passengers at risk.

9. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage requirements are advised at the time of booking.

10. Third-Party Services

Where larger vehicles, accommodation, attractions, ferries, guides, helicopters, or other services are arranged through trusted partners, those services remain subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

11. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the booking except where prohibited by law.

12. Gratuities 

Gratuities are entirely optional and remain at the discretion of the client.

13. Lost Property

Any property left in the vehicle will be returned where possible, however John Mowbray Executive Travel cannot accept responsibility for items left behind.

14. Accessibility

Please advise of any mobility requirements at the time of booking so suitable arrangements can be made where possible.

15. Pets

Well-behaved pets may be carried by prior arrangement.

16. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle.

17. Seat Belts

All passengers must wear seat belts where fitted and required by law.
